The .htx VWS templates should be copied to the VWS \template directory, and VWS configured
to process them to .htm (or .html) files, and the VWS FTP function configured to
upload the .htm/.html files to your website.

Feel free to customize these templates to your hearts content, or ignore them (by using
your own website templates, and adding the AJAX markup to your pages manually).
